The staff are really nice and helpful and I would go as far as to say they are just perfect. I think they are wonderful and that is the carers, domestics and kitchen staff too. Everyone looks after our needs.

We cannot thank each and everyone enough for taking good care of our dear mum.

Thanks for all the flowers and gifts that you gave to Mum whilst she was ill. You were all so good to her and she thought a lot of you all for what you did. She loved her job as a Carer at George Brooker House and it was a joy her working with you, looking after people. She would tell me that she couldn’t wait to get better so she could return to work.

I can’t say enough good things about George Brooker House and the staff. The care and attention my father receives is second to none. Just knowing he is in a safe environment, being looked after by people who obviously love their work, removes all the anxiety that usually follows when an elderly parent is in care.

As soon as mum arrived, the staff went out of their way to help her settle in and accommodate her needs. Through the early period of readjustment, they did their upmost to make the transition easy for her. It is obvious that the various members of staff are not just doing a job, but really do care about the residents and their responsibilities towards them, which is great, and at the end of the day, quality care is what I’m sure everyone wants for their loved ones. I am really pleased we managed to get mum a placement in George Brooker House, and I would certainly recommend it!

If there were more people like you, the world would be a nicer place.

The home is very nice and I have no complaints with the staff. They treat me well and give me choices concerning what I want. Food is always good. I am satisfied here and cannot complain.

I think that the difference between a house and a home is that a home contains love. We can all see that this is a home; you can feel love oozing out of the bricks.
