What beautiful weather we have been having lately! The sun has been shining and the weather has been warm. This has been the perfect opportunity for the residents to come into their garden and spend time at their own leisure.
Victory in Europe (VE) Day on 8 May 1945 saw Britain and its Allies formally accept Nazi Germany's unconditional surrender after almost six years of war.
We made the difficult decision to close the home to all visitors on the 16th March 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak and the fear we had for our resident's safety and ultimately their lives.
Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus across the world, George Brooker House have taken the decision to shut the home to all visitors.
